Following a picnic lunch, the school then opened its' classroom doors and parents were warmly invited to experience an afternoon in the life of Goudhurst & Kilndown pupil. There was a real buzz throughout the school and lots of parents commented on how it had been a wonderful day, just perfect!

Everyone has worked very hard to achieve these results, so well done to you all and I know that you too will join me in thanking the staff for their continued hard work and dedication. Today we celebrated Bastille Day as part of our teaching and learning of French. The children dressed in red, white and blue and enjoyed a variety of french activities this morning. This afternoon all the classes took to the playground for an afternoon of fun and a picnic with a french flavour! Thank you to the PTFA for providing the entertainment and food. Check out the wonderful cake!
Tonight we are looking forward to the KS2 Production of 'Ye Ha' which if the dress rehearsal yesterday is anything to go by, I know you are not going to be disappointed.
Tomorrow we have our final celebration assembly in St. Mary's Church at 9.15am - come if you can.
