Welcome to the learning page of Zebras class!

Year 5 is an incredibly exciting year for the children of our school. The first year of Upper Key Stage 2, we throw ourselves into learning a masterycore  National Curriculum and support our children with a progressive, coherent and skills based curriculum. 

In our foundation subjects we explore the Greeks, design, build and evaluate our own motorized cars, investigate the art work of Banksy, compare the Europe to the rest of the world and dedicate the year to learning to play the trumpet. 

Beyond the curriculum and throughout the year we participate in the Shakespeare Schools Festival, dive into Forest School, head off on our first residential trip and attend a series of exciting school trips.
