We move onto a 'big write' build up - this term will be an instructional text. Without giving too much away, the task will have a Mayan theme...............
Mrs Stanford's session on Monday will focus on Imperative and Modal verbs which will directly link with instructional texts.
The children will also spend a session using spag.com, honing some of their GPS skills and knowledge.
Carried over from last week (Sports leader training clashed) - We will continue our magnetism module, by creating and investigating a Fariday's torch. Specifically, we will look at electro-magnetism and how electricity, magnets and cathodes can be used to either make electricity or create motion (eg in a motor).
Time permitting, we will also start a seperate session focussing on Electricity generation including renewable energy sources.
Mrs Stanford will lead a PHSE looking at each other emotions and how we can manage them in different scenarios.
